What is LMPIO?
LMPIO is a hyperlocal, multi-category marketplace designed to help local sellers reach nearby customers quickly. From groceries and food to fashion, electronics, and beauty — LMPIO brings your store online and delivers within minutes.
Who can sell on LMPIO?
Any local business — including grocery stores, restaurants, boutiques, pharmacies, electronics shops, and home-based sellers — can sell on LMPIO, subject to basic verification.
Is LMPIO a food-only platform?
No. LMPIO supports multiple product categories including food, groceries, fashion, beauty, electronics, gifts, and more.
Is LMPIO available in my city?
LMPIO is expanding rapidly across India. You can check availability during partner registration or contact Support with your store location.
Registration & Verification
How do I register as a seller?
Click Become a Partner, complete your store details, upload documents, and submit for verification. Once approved, you can start selling immediately.
What documents are required?
- GST certificate or business registration proof
- PAN card of the owner
- Bank account details
- Store address proof
- FSSAI license (required only for food sellers)
- GST optional for eligible micro vendors
How long does verification take?
Verification is usually completed within 24 hours. You’ll receive confirmation once approved.
Can I sell without GST?
Yes, certain micro vendors can sell without GST, depending on category and local regulations. However, food sellers must have FSSAI.
Selling & Product Management
How many products can I list?
There is no limit on product listings. You can add as many products as you want.
Can I update prices or stock anytime?
Yes. Prices, availability, and images can be updated anytime from the Partner Hub, and changes go live instantly.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
You can mark products as Out of Stock to prevent new orders and avoid cancellations.
Payments & Fees
When will I receive my payments?
Seller payouts are processed every 7 days and sent directly to your registered bank account.
Does LMPIO charge any joining fee?
No. There are no registration or monthly fees. Only a small commission is charged per successful order.
Can I track my earnings?
Yes. Detailed sales and payout reports are available inside Partner Hub → Payments.
Orders, Delivery & Returns
Who delivers the orders?
Orders are delivered by LMPIO’s verified riders. Riders are automatically assigned after order confirmation.
Do I need to contact the rider?
No manual coordination is needed. Pickup and delivery are fully managed by LMPIO with live tracking.
Can I deliver orders myself?
Yes. Sellers can enable Self-Delivery Mode from the dashboard.
How are returns handled?
Returns follow LMPIO’s Return Policy. Approved returns may include rider reverse pickup and automated refunds.

Yes. LMPIO uses enterprise-grade encryption and strict access controls to protect seller data.
